Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, chocolate and nuts. Complex and balanced flavor, sweet, the malts provide a slight bitterness and give hints of chocolate and caramel.
The homemade yeast brings the fruity impressions, all the dark fruits and the raisins. This beer has a markedly long finish. The mouthfeel was very pleasant. Medium carbonation and a complex body made this beer a very complete beer.
