Aroma: Very generous, rich, and complex. Clear, refreshing scents of star anise and clove are noticeable, harmoniously combined with the fruitiness of apple, orange blossom, and a subtle hint of raisins. Taste: Full-bodied and spicy with a soft character. Notes of burnt caramel and soft biscuit provide body. Thanks to a careful blend of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, a layered flavor profile emerges that is easy to drink and finishes in a sublime, dry, and nutty aftertaste with a fine hop bitterness.
