De Zwarte swan is a black beer with dominant chocolate and coffee notes. These aromas are created by the use of chocolate and black barley malts which are also responsible for a soft bitterness. This base aroma is enhanced thanks to the Fuggles hops, which provide a clear hop bitterness. In addition, the Bourbon causes vanilla from Madagascar for a soothing and floral effect.
