  • Smell: Very much roasted malt, dried fruit, wood and chocolate. Taste: Excellent combination of the sweeter caramel malt and the bitter roasted malt, raisins, Liège syrup, a light hint of vanilla. Candy sugar in the aftertaste.  Body: Full-bodied with medium carbonation.

  • Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle.
  • Color:
  • Black with a brown head that subsides rather quickly.
  • Ideal temperature:
  • 10°C to 12°C => 50°F to 54°F
