Powerful nose between powdered chocolate, cocoa and red fruit, with a pleasant vinous sweetness. The palate is very faithful to the nose, which first reveals red fruits, cherries and an old brown acidity from Flanders. The malt develops and gains momentum as the beer cools, with clear notes of cocoa, milk chocolate, chicory. Gourmet roundness. Fruity finish, fresh tangy slightly woody with a buttered note of foie gras.
